Services include but are not limted to lawncare maintenance and pressure washing, painting, tree trimming, garden boxes, adding mulch or replacement, pebble landscape design, stone walkways, and non-toxic rubbish and junk removal. Interior services we  provide are plumbing, electrical, painting, and hardware/appliance installation. For our larger clients, QSR, Medical & Healthcare, Fitness & Gyms, Gas & Convenience, Big Box Retail, Franchises, and most NNN lease types. We specialize in landscape, pressure washing, and interior/exterior painting. Once the service is detailed and agreed upon we require payment upfront prior to arrival and before we begin any work. Cancellation must be with a minimum of 24hrs prior to service date. If within that time a 20% administration fee will be deducted. We accept  all credit cards. Checks are accepted, seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled service and upon approval. Then a property maintenance team will be dispatched.

Absolutely! We offer customizable maintenance plans to suit the specific needs of residential plans for one-time projects, weekly, or bi-weekly work orders and commercial NNN leases with quarterly, bi-annually, or annual plans.

We regard emergency services as same day after 6pm. A $100 upfront non-refundable fee is required that WILL NOT be deducted from the service cost. These services are limited and must be filled out on the website and then texted to us.
