What types of maintenance services do you offer?
We offer specialization for both residential and commercial properties for homeowners, investors (SFR flippers, co-living, and multifamily), and business owners. Services include but are not limted to lawncare maintenance and pressure washing, painting, tree trimming, garden boxes, adding mulch or replacement, pebble landscape design, stone walkways, and non-toxic rubbish and junk removal. Interior services we provide are plumbing, electrical, painting, and hardware/appliance installation. For our larger clients, QSR, Medical & Healthcare, Fitness & Gyms, Gas & Convenience, Big Box Retail, Franchises, and most NNN lease types. We specialize in landscape, pressure washing, and interior/exterior painting. Once the service is detailed and agreed upon we require payment upfront prior to arrival and before we begin any work. Cancellation must be with a minimum of 24hrs prior to service date. If within that time a 20% administration fee will be deducted. We accept all credit cards. Checks are accepted, seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled service and upon approval. Then a property maintenance team will be dispatched.

Can I schedule ongoing maintenance for my property?
Absolutely! We offer customizable maintenance plans to suit the specific needs of residential plans for one-time projects, weekly, or bi-weekly work orders and commercial NNN leases with quarterly, bi-annually, or annual plans.
How do I request a quote for any of your services?
You can easily request a quote by filling out the form on our website. If urgent contact us directly by text or giving us a call. We'll be happy to assist you!
Do you provide emergency maintenance services?
We regard emergency services as same day after 6pm. A $100 upfront non-refundable fee is required that WILL NOT be deducted from the service cost. These services are limited and must be filled out on the website and then texted to us.
